May is bike to work month. It saves gas, makes one healthier, and cuts

May is also national barbecue month. http://www.hpba.org/index.php?id=282
So if you are feeling a little under appreciated as you pedal home, reward your self with some baby back ribs, or some pulled pork. :)
Dave - Good call, but I usually cannot feel my legs when I get home so standing is not an option. Maybe I can bring a bar stool over to the grill.
T & JL - Try it just once, you might be surprised how far you can actually ride. My longest day last year was 128 miles.
Unca B. - I haven't clocked the new ride times since we got this new house. My odometer's battery is dead, but I plan on getting it replaced today. I do ride over the bridge and it is horrific! I think my legs might be planning a mutiny.

Yeah, I wish I could ride to work - but it'd take me FOREVER to ride that far each day. Bummer. :(

I couldn't manage the 80 mile round trip every day! :-))

Yeah, I'd ride to work if (a) I lived closer than 15 miles and (b) I didn't report to work at 11:00 PM.
How far is it for you? And, do you bike to the church as well? I'm thinking the bridge would be fun to ride across.

Hey, where's those photos of Micah at the beach? We grandmothers need to see more of the "little guy". Right Lorrie?
