I am boycotting gas.  Not oil companies or gas corporations, no, just gas.  If you see gas tell him I am looking for him and I am pretty sure I am going to punch him in the face.

It's Me.

This is what happens when clients make me wait in between shoots.  This is not a good thing.

Class Schedule

I apologize to all the students who showed up this evening to the on location class at Gulf Coast CC.  I wasn't informed that the class had made and was making the assumption that it had not because I had not been contacted.  I should have made a phone call to double check, and I am sorry if this wasted your time.

Next Weeks Assignment:
Shoot somewhere you have never been.  It can be absolutely anywhere, but you must shoot it between now and our next (first) class next Thursday.

Please post 1-3 images on the Bryson University (dumb name I know) flickr group.  If you don't know how to add photo's to a group we will go over it next Thursday.

We will meet at the school next week but after that we will meet at a predetermined location.  I will put the entire class schedule, along with addresses on-line early next week.

For those of you who don't live here or who don't go to Eastgate I should probably explain the image above and the images below.

Bethel House is a drug and alcohal rehabilitation center for women, and every year they put on Kidz Camp.  KC is a camp for children of homeless or nearly homeless children.  It breaks ones heart to realize that this is in our backyard.  Anyway, I had the opportunity to help serve lunch a couple of days and shoot some shots of the goings on as well.

Below is a photo of MaeMae.  MaeMae is a photographer at heart and after snatching my camera shot the above image of yours truly.  If he still lives here when he is in high school I think I will have to hire him as an assistant.
